Finally, there’s the Ultimate plan for $49.99 per user per month, which includes everything in the Premium plan plus 10,000 toll-free minutes, device status monitoring, and unlimited storage.

For most small and medium businesses, the Essentials package may be a bit too basic, so the Standard and Premium options will be the best choices. You can try RingCentral with a 15-day free trial, which is limited to a maximum of five users.
